Returns and Refunds
Crazy Cuffs will replace or exchange if:
- An Item is defective
- An Item is incorrectly described in the product listing
If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of a) a Crazy Cuffs store credit or b) a cash refund

This is reflected in our returns policy so you can shop with confidence and know that we can offer you exchange, or repairs and refunds for faulty products.
We offer a free 14 Day returns - no question's ask.
Please return the product in "original packaging" for a full refund. (less postage)
If you simply changed your mind regarding your purchase, Crazy Cuffs are happy to exchange the product for you providing the product is returned to us in its "original condition and undamaged", including the outer packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Note; You will need to pay the cost in sending us back the returned goods and you will need to pay for return shipping from Crazy Cuffs back to you for the exchanged products.
If the product was "faulty" we will refund you for regular shipping back to us if you include the receipt for the postage in your package, as we don't want you to be out of pocket having to pay the cost to return the faulty item to us.
